The Stop Community Food Centre held its fourth annual Big Night at the Green Barn on June 5th. The event was held at The Stop’s Green Barn, a sustainable food production and education centre located at Artscape Wychwood Barns at 601 Christie Street, and was the most successful edition yet, welcoming 400 guests and raising $185,000 for the Green Barn’s food sustainability and children’s education programs. Attendees savoured a four-course dinner prepared by four of the city’s top chefs, and were inspired by The Stop’s commitment to locally grown foods, and to building stronger, healthier communities.
